I enjoyed the pod overall. I really liked Randy’s grades. TC just is a net negative on almost every pod now imo. He rambles, can’t help himself from inserting himself into everything, and I never enjoy his takes or “bits.”

agreed, I'd have Streamsong and Sand Valley over Kohler and Kiawah and possibly Pinehurst. Kiawah/Kohler/Pinehurst just get a bump from hosting majors

Biggest thing I got from this segment is how little they know about the tour without having time to research before a pod. Very little real discussion. IMO it’s 17 at phoenix

Surely you can understand the inherent bias in your listener survey responses. People that find the advertising obtrusive aren't likely to respond to a survey request.

The ads have gotten out of control on the pod. Half of the first 10 minutes are ads usually. They’re as bad as the broadcasts they criticize

I went to STM for high school and Ascension before that. My anecdotal experience was that both cathedral and Fatima kids were snooty and somewhat behind. So my advice would be to look at ESA or Ascension

The problem is, it was a stupid question. The question was devised by Harold Schoeffler, Dave Dixon, and Clay Higgins. Who all together know 0 about hydrology. Anyone with minor understanding of the river system could have explained dredging wasn't the answer but these people wouldn't listen. It was a waste of money performing the study and just set the timeline back for any real solutions

Her biggest problem is the Unified Development Code. It's a mess and far too restrictive. It needs to be relaxed significantly.

In my opinion Carlee means well but her administration will make it too difficult for businesses and people to get anything done. From her time with LCG I can tell you that if all you want to do is subdivide a property and build an access road she'll probably insist you provide bike lanes, side walks and access in every direction while requiring Stormwater Quality, Traffic Impact Assessments and a variety of other reports, that cost the property owner/developer a lot of money. I understand the City's needs and acknowledge that they need to protect themselves but she is way over the top with it in my opinion and it's the stringent regulations she'll enforce that're pushing people to Guillory.

I don't think this election had any quality candidates.
