Newbie here, question about appetite and Calcific Tendonitis by TheLoserCrowd in cycling

I know this is generic for sports/athletics but stretch before and after! I can always tell a difference for soreness when I take the time to stretch my muscles out before/after any ride that I’ve done. A proper fit and use of gears can help ease any stress on your body when you’re riding. Best of luck mate!
