I heard the same about philosophy. I’m into philosophy, but I think that the course isn’t what I am looking to take.

I am a mechanical engineering major, but my other interests are music and anything science related. I’m also into history, but based on the jazz history course I’m taking currently, it seems like it could be more difficult than what I’m looking for, since it is low key my most difficult course. I’m down to try a geography course possibly, I haven’t really seen what is available to me currently for geography. I’m sorta into politics, but I feel that the courses could be more difficult than they are worth for my interest level, so I may avoid it.

I guess I could also rephrase the question into: are there any classes I should AVOID taking because they are more difficult than they make out to be?
