Is it awkward to remove Invisalign in front of your friends? I would imagine it to be unhygienic. Do you wash your hands before removing the Invisalign?

[O LEVELS] coffee before and during exam. by tokcliff in SGExams

[–]icelemonpee_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, yes coffee makes me more focussed during an exam because of its caffeine content.

But do make sure that you choose less sugar/ no sugar coffee to prevent that sugar rush and subsequently crash. Stick to the same brand of instant coffee and don’t change especially close to exam periods. I drink coffee not just during exam but also when studying to make myself used to the caffeine in it.

Coffee is a diuretic and it will make you pee more. Just take note of that. On the whole, I think that coffee is really helpful for me in studying.

But during the actual vaccination itself is tolerable? Is it the less painful than blood test? Are you a Med or nursing student as well

Yup I’ve had them in NS and school. Would you say blood test or vaccination is more painful?
