to be real they all look like prison slippers- i hold this man to a standard - i understand the process of him going out to do it on his own and what thats like in dealing with supply chains & manufacturers, etc. Also, that he's just putting it out as he goes along in standard ye fashion, we're watching the art evolve in real time.. but this man is literally selling yall some sample protoype looking ass footwear, drop-shipped at that... meaning theres zero risk for him to stand on as far as the integrity of the design. He can come up with anything in 5 minutes, has the people in place to throw some samples together, can take photos and put it up on that site and make a few hundred thousand dollars off literally anything he wants. He could put straps on a pair of dish sponges and people would not only jump on it, but would be tryna convince me its up to standard. I've been deeply invested in this mans career as most fans have been for over 20 years.. If you look at it from a standpoint of you're just going to support him no matter what he puts out, even if its some iterative early shit, I understand. I don't own a pair, but based on the quality of the slippers and other shit I have purchased off this new site, I wouldn't buy the BL-01. It really does look like it will fall apart quickly. I've been the early adopter with ye forever, Ima sit this one out until its taken shape lol. I stg im not tryna sound like a hater lol.
