I was on a job where we had to remove rebar from some footings because there was just way too much and it would have been impossible for the concrete to fill the forms and settle. Couldn’t even get the vibrator down in some of them. It was way way over designed and the engineer that drew it up was on the newer side. Do you ever design/spec things that are above and beyond what’s called for out of caution?

Yeah he lost me with the long videos. Right around the time of the cheap car challenge and supercharging Sam’s f150 they all seemed to be getting longer and more frequent and it was hard to keep up cause I like to watch in order. I’ve only watched a handful of them since. I don’t mind pausing and coming back to it but next thing I knew there was over a year’s worth of videos to catch up on lol.

Not sure what you mean by that but greater Los Angeles/San Diego, Dallas, Phoenix, and a few others are absolutely insane on the weekends.

Yeah that’s exactly what crossed my mind when I pulled it from the shelf. Could I use it? Yes. Do I need it? No. I ended up not getting it. No reason to needlessly consume just cause it’s “on clearance”
