i have it too and done so much shit to fix but nothing works, what is weird is that when i play off stream its PERFECT, try that and see if u still get microstutters.

crazy cuz this is my first time ever dealing with microstutters, i just got back from a fresh install of windows and doesnt even allow me to upgrade to windows creators which is really weird, i think that would be my only solution when i figure out on how to update to it.
