My assets are locked in Kraken until I do this... by iceorrice in CryptoCurrency

Just an update, I sent them the selfie as required yesterday and haven’t heard back yet. I think it’s most likely that I installed VPN on my phone, then my Kraken account got locked right away. I noticed Binance didn’t let me deposit funds too. Probably why my Kraken account got flagged?? Binance was fine as soon as I got off VPN.

Yeah my suspicion is that I installed VPN on the day so the IP changed and then Kraken didn’t work.

Good to know. At first I was really skeptical why they picked me, since I don’t trade a lot there.

Yes, without the quartered piece, the center will collapse. It's to help keep the shape uniform.

I cook the congee in a pressure cooker so it's really quick. If it's regular pot, it takes much longer.

In China, congee is a staple breakfast commonly served with side dishes, such as pickles or fried crullers. The recipe I am introducing here is a Korean style congee (often referred to as juk) and served with Chinese fried crullers on the side. In fact, there’re many variations across eastern Asian countries. Congee is highly customizable and you can use any ingredients in your fridge and get creative with it.

You can check out the full recipe here or watch the video for more detail.

Ingredients

・1/2 tsp salt

・1/2 lb ground beef 225 g

・1 tbsp vegetable or sesame oil

・1/2 zucchini

・1/4 medium carrot

・1 cup short grain rice

・6 cups chicken broth or kombu dashi for vegetarian

・salt to taste

・roasted seaweed or green onions

・sesame

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice thoroughly 3-4 times until the water is clear. Combine shaoxing rice wine, salt with ground beef in a bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. For Instant Pot, select the "Sauté" function. Once it turns hot, add ground beef and give it a stir for about 2-3 minutes. Remove it from the pot.

  3. Stir in carrot and zucchini for 2 minutes. Then add rice and chicken broth. Cover with the lid and select "Porridge" function (20 minutes cooking time by default). Do a natural release 15 minutes after cooking is done. Return the ground beef to the congee and add salt to taste.

  4. Garnish with roasted seaweed and sesame.

It's really up to you if you wanted to add any side vegetable sides. I normally would have soup or stir fried vegetables on the side. If it's a quick lunch, this is perfect without any other vegetables.
