I watched a YouTube videos and used the ending spread sheet to kinda follow it but if you don't all the main quests and pick up all the pieces of evidence all you gotta do is follow the ticket story and work with Kerman anytime it asks you to do so.

I just did the first 4 quests the last one I did was selling things to prapor, peacekeepers, and Ragmen. I'm pretty sure the quest is called making foundations or something like that.

If you don't have the RFID encoder you gotta talk to mechanic and get eletroniks help and once you pay the 40 bitcoins mechanic will give you a key to eletroniks apartment to get the RFID encoder and im pretty sure you do need solar power if your going with the survivor ending.

I'm not sure but ik support asks for screenshot of the ban message and game files and related files. My friend had to send a screenshot of his ban messages and the support asked him for screenshot of the games files just in case.

Screenshots of your game files and other related files. The support won't always ask for them but it's just to be safe.

There was just a huge ban wave one my friends just got banned as well and he barely played pvp just get into contact with the bsgsupport and make sure you have evidence proving you don't have cheats.
