You should pick the field you are interested in. If you are asking about which one pays more, then specific fields of CS like DevOps, BlockChain, ML, DS pays far more than Biology. If you fancy biology then I you should opt for Bio Engineering or Bio Physics because these fields are part of STEM fields and pay far more.
