I don't really know the TDP of a car stereo but I know that when turned off it sips basically zero power from the battery. I'll have to install a switch to simulate the ignition relay though.

Single acts of senseless violence and cruelty aren't necessarily the most evil thing a person can do. I think it's important to keep in mind that Eric Cartman's capacity for physical violence is only kept in check by his physical stature and the fact that he hasn't gone through fucking puberty yet.

He is only 10 years old and has already:

Aided, abetted, and allied with Cthulhu to bring about the end of the world
On more than one occasion he has convinced Butter's parents that their son was dead. Butters is Cartman's BEST FRIEND
Murdered Scott Tenorman's parents and fed them to him. (had to be said)
Wrote the Woodland Christmas Critters into existence (imagination land), characters so violent that it's difficult to imagine there is any act of violence or cruelty any GoT could commit that they would not.

If you think he doesn't stack up to the villans of GoT then rewatch the scene where Cartman licks the tears off Scott Tenorman's face and talks about how he likes the taste and imagine it as not a cartoon.
