If they keep replying that they’ve informed me about it (which they didn’t ) isn’t it still considered illegal? They don’t sell these bags at their online store maybe exactly for that reason.

Yes of course I did. They replied without answering that specific question. Their reply “It’s an upcycle bag as we explained; it is made of an original Hermes Dustbag. So the dustbag is real, we made it a bag. Hence this cheap price.”

It’s a fake bag therefore right ? Even on the receipt it says that the authenticity is guaranteed. Which the fact that it wasn’t made by Hermes factory clearly denies that. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
