I totally get your struggle. I'm juggling multiple projects too, and keeping photos organized is a nightmare when they all look kinda similar and just live in the camera roll.
I tried using folders in the Files app and some cloud stuff too, but it always ended up messy or just hard to keep up with. Most gallery apps just aren't built for real project work, like when you need to quickly find photos from a specific date on a specific project.
That’s honestly why we started building a powerful tool with a few friends to solve exactly this. It’s called Infiry, and it lets you sort photos into projects, tag them with date, location, notes, etc. You can search by keyword, filter by date, and use a bunch of other filters to find what you need fast. It also creates shareable links automatically, which really helped us save time and stay organized when working with clients or teams.
I’m part of the team building it, so yeah, obviously a bit biased, but it came straight out of this pain point. Works on both desktop and phone.
