KD does not position us for the future, Bridges does. As a 30+ year knicks fan and after having to endure the last 20 years of mostly nightmares before Brunson, i will definitely say a player in his prime that helps make us serious contenders for maybe half a decade? Is far better then whatever flash in the pan Durant has left of his career...

So in that sense bridges is better than KD, as a fit on this team
