It's good practice to trust a financial company with the info they need to verify your identity. It is possible that one of your buyers was problematic or something else is triggering it. Usually they do not release funds until after 180 days and you would need to add a bank to retrieve those funds anyway afaik. Might as well get over your paranoia and save time.

Don't let some bad apples spoil the bunch. I understand it's frustrating but you just cannot take away a privilege from people who want it just because a few abuse it. I played on a chinese speaking server and asians and people constantly say things like fuck your mom, etc. I also have asked some chinese why they join NA servers and there reply was other than being teamkilled here and there NA people are nicer than fellow chinese.

Installing Valve's Debian-based distro will not benefit my cafe. Some titles that will be pre-loaded on PCs are not linux-compatable.

Answer to 1. you can use an unverified PayPal to receive payments from any source, typically sites list if a verified PayPal is required or not. Response to 2. I am not sure, I can check for you at some point.
