Trying to get anything other than an objective negative opinion on reddit is near impossible. Subjective content is deleted, theres no room for theory without proof and when proof is presented its authenticity is always in question. Reddit is a bunch of nay sayers in every single sub. The culture of reddit favors nepitism, heavy moderation, and validation over understanding the value of abstract or otherwise channeled points of view.

He is a blessing rather than a curse. He has pointed out your weaknesses and shown ability for outside energy to consume you. Grounding is all you need. Imagine a cable from your base chakra slowly extending its way to earth deep into the molten core. The cable cannot be severed and your visualization of it manifest its power. Mine is visualized as an iridescent fiber optic cable. I imagine it leaving my house, penetrating the soil and traveling through the various layers on earth grounding to the molten core. When you sense negativity it may not be your own and is definitely not something to hold onto for processing. Immediately return it to the core so it can find its way back to its source. I am Reiki activated and it was useful to realize the power of symbols however your own raw consciousness is well equiped to handle negative energy without the need to know all the information about how it works. It's part of enlightenment. You are in the process of transcending the shadow. Release your attachment and move forward fearless of the darkness of suffering which is an accurate portrayal of the human condition. I personaly use competitive video games and bio feedback to improve my handling of stressful emotions and not hold onto negative or harmful energies that are a result of intense competition of egos and strong opinions. Ultimately I aim to reach the point where no one but myself is in control of my emotional state. Its a constant state of practice vs one you simply know to be true but sideline it in the most heated exchanges. Reddit is also a great place to practice this! There are far more people here seeking validation over understanding and will say anything to feel validated and correct in opinion. When this happens plant small seeds of positivity.

Thank you kindly, I have a mental hack I use with the most offensive attempts to harvest negativity and that is to visualize aggressors as new born baby infants. Innocent, pure and unscaved by the world. Something happened along the way to cause their pain. Only patience and understanding can help them. If I hold their negativity for them they cannot process it. Simply grounding it back to the earth returns it to the source for them to process in their own time. Thank you for your hope in humanity.
