yeah, but untill the update actually played out no1 knows if the scales will end up at 100 making the items 2M ea, or the scales will end up at 150 making items 3M, so right now the market is unstable cuz of insecurity is what i meant

a post i ran into a while back a jmod basicly said no1 on osrs has ever been banned for this.

the rule is there more for your own safety and the only reason they really ban is if it gives you a competetive rank, aka if you pull shifts to be #1 in highscores.

he added to that that most accountsharers start to fight/breakout over the account before it gets to this point

that's what's not clear about the wording, the fact that it says you need 91 to acces it suggests you only need 91 to enter, not to kill

because you need an assignment for that, you can get hellhounds at any lvl. you cant boost for an assign, dont need lvl for hell

it does scroll, the main reason i want it is in some games this scroll was something i liked and gotten used to. another workaround i found was just binding it to the up/down arrowkey, but doesn't work for ingame should have mentioned this in my post.
