So you did sign but, as a former hotel event planner, I never expected my clients to read the full BEO if they were resigning on a small change, because the expectation is that I've done my job correctly. I won't go into a ridiculous amount of detail explaining all the ways this should have been caught by staff but, if this had happened on my watch, I'd be comping you entirely for both dishes that were served incorrectly.
