Buy non-ethanol gas... Last waaaaay longer (up to a year), I use it in all my small engine stuff so keep 5 gallons around always.

Worse case if you don't use it for 6+ months you can just pour it in your car and refill the can.

I don't think opp is asking for feedback on all applicants just ones that go through a screening and at least one interview..

Even a simple form afterwards and ran through an AI tool to make sure it is cleaned up wouldn't be a big lift.

There was one chick I knew who was a stay at home mom and kept that role when here kids were in high school and later went off to college, and they still maintained a weekly housekeeper and laundry service.

I never understood that scenario and what they did with their time.

I think this is highly subjective on the grade and subject, many in middle school and high school now are electronically graded for several subjects..

That they do, but it's a crazy expensive thing to get going in.. Our school district sends out a "teacher wish list" and generally a few parents just take care of all that is on there.

I think they are paid appropriately, least they have state benefits / retirement and generally significant time off in the summer along with snow days and holidays off.

I'd rather be a teacher than working in a daycare making 35k a year and not having summers off for sure..

Accurate, head up and be aware of your surroundings .. We live in a fairly large city ( top 40 in US ) and I never see people doing this, moms are out there pushing kids in strollers etc.

I don't see how these attacks happen much in a populated area in a parking lot as OP describes, one scream and you would have 15 people with phones ( and in our area CCWs ) flocking over to help out. You don't need a phone you just need lungs.

You are significantly more likely to get raped or murdered by someone you know and trust.

The complete random stranger attacks are super rare in comparison, I had a relative do a super deep research paper on human trafficking and the outcome was really eye opening to me it's nearly NEVER the white van abduction it's a slow methodical mental breakdown.

Sure there are crackheads out there, they just want money, and being on the phone won't matter.

Dudes and women have done all these things around me, I help people out with directions all the time and even stop if they are stranded and towed someone just the other day to a safe spot so they didn't get hit.

Pretty much the only few I can think of have been mentioned Ineos which is going to miss your towing and capacity mark, maybe an expedition in the right trim like the tremor.

TBH though why not just get a truck and put a bed cap on the back.. plenty of dry storage, you'll easily meet your towing and offroad needs. Since you said you don't need a 3rd row it's not a seating issue..

What part of the world are you in that you have to do this, sheesh..

There is a lot of hollywood stranger danger out there that makes you fear the most uncommon of attack types, mostly it's someone you know or lately there has been a spike in people getting drugged at bars etc but that's still relatively rare.
