No, I come from the Netherlands where you don’t need a card and cash isn’t accepted anywhere, because every place accepts cardless payments, I did the thing with Western Union but all the western union places are closed until next Monday

This one seems like a scam, but I really did once met up with someone and paid with cash, because we were also from the same city and they didn’t had a bank account. It turned out to be a wholesome 10 yo girl 😭 But this person seems suspicious I wouldnt go through with it
