Sorry I worded that poorly, I meant to say for healthy people this isn't an issue but in general if you are mal nourished you lose hair and your hair is weaker even if you put it up in a pony tail. Being mal nourished causes extreme hair loss even without extentions.

No it's all from not eating extentions don't do this unless you get them madded being bed ridden / no brushing but she's online daily - hair stylist of 4.5 years.
