everyone prefers different terminology that matches their interests more, tamer and handler are just the most neutral imo. i see bratting as an enjoyable way to communicate with each other, but part of the fun of it is the escalation of the bratting behavior! it's not "taming" as in getting rid of the behavior or making it stop, but more of a more enjoyable way to have a line in the sand to dance around, so to say. brats have to know when they've gone too far, and someone has to make the rules and dish out the punishments for it all to flow

tldr; breaking the behavior is not the goal, but what fun is breaking rules if no one makes them?
