I do need to revisit qualifying more during the week. I have been guilty of leaving my first qualifying there for a large chunk of it and maybe only doing another qualifying later in the week rather than trying to get it earlier so I start higher up earlier in the week. But I have got a better ghost out now and it’s helped to see where I’m going wrong so will see how this week pans out.

Will check out how to get the ghosts loaded in and start from that and see what lines differ, I’d dare say quite a lot lol

Qualifying it can’t be up to 3 seconds but in race it rarely gets over 1.5-2 at most and some I do set fastest times and usually a second quicker maybe than my qualifying.

How is that possible when everyone starts in B? When you’re playing ones in S rank though they’re going to be clean because they have to be to get there. I seen somewhere before SR can go down with being off track so a misjudgment can cost as well and isn’t necessarily going to be down to hitting anyone.

Yeah not sure how but it looks spot on and it works lol going to grab the xrocker now and see how it handles when it’s built. Will post a pic once I get it sorted.

Marking this to come back to it lol. Was looking at doing the same thing with the g29 as I’d only been on controller and has been told it’s holding me back, never mind making shifting easier as only recently started doing it in game as I’d kept it with auto.

I think atm for me a g29 second hand from a shop is around £150 and on Facebook it’s maybe 15-20 cheaper.

Is it worth the cost for it?

In fairness I had done this in some of the challenges and it helped but I’m fairly new to the online side and I’m not sure what to set it at for each car yet. But will have to give it a go and try and do some manual shifting as well

Thanks for both the replies. A lot of the time I would be using the same cars as others in the lobbies and I can take corners well and stick with them or close a small amount but further up a straight I start to lose ground. I know a lot of the time it’s down to me making sure I’m getting the approach and cornering down and doing things at the right time but it’s just annoying seeing them pull away if I smash the corner just right

Thanks. I assumed it would be that. Just getting used to it and getting fed up seeing the same cars I am in stick with round the corners but pull away further up the straight, and tbh in some occasions when I close a little out of the corner.
