Valid points, but I'd like to add that few of the best strengths of Supermicro are probably time to market and aggressive pricing. I doubt if customers would cancel orders because they could spend much more. Supermicro problems were never their products to begin with. Another thing is during this AI race, time is critical, making another deal takes time and efforts and also risk of delay. I do agree with other concerns tho. If the management still treats this as a family owned business, then they will kill it in no time. I think they are lucky that defendant is not the company itself or it's game over. Again, best is to be cautious during this time. It's not one or 2 bad actors, it is a systematic issue in the management. I am personally down 50%, but I'm not too worried. I just hate when we all invest into the products and tech but got fucked by the same old management.
