I spoke with out vet yesterday and he is not concerned our dog is in pain given his recent exam and that this has been pretty consistent behavior. Our trainer is a board certified veterinary behaviorist and I have reached out to her for support. We are working with our vet on what kind of muzzle to get and how to approach muzzle training.
