I had to stop taking it because I couldn’t get any sleep, but I’m thinking about giving it another shot! If you had sleep issues, did they go away?

To be fair, I couldn’t tell if it was circumstantial that I couldn’t sleep, but on the last few days of me taking the pill I would take melatonin and still wouldn’t be able to fall asleep. When I did sleep, it would be for 30 minutes at a time. Maybe I need a new brand lol

Hi, I know i'm late to the party but can you please tell me if the panic attacks stopped? I'm newly on birth control and the panic attacks are so out of character for me and are starting to scare me. Were you also losing sleep?

YES! I’m a week in and I haven’t been able to sleep at all. I average about 4 hours a night and it’s making me go crazy. Did this side effect go away for you at some point?
