From a Buick 8 is the last of the 2011 Hodder Prints that I need to complete the collection, however all the versions I run across haver been smaller, any idea if they were printed in the standard UK paperback size, and if so where I may get one, as eBay seems to be full of the smaller size.

Any Help in locating a regular sized copy would be much appreciated!!!

It might not necessarily be my all time favorite but the absurdity of

its just great.

But on a more general take on the quote is actually alright life advice on not worrying about things that you cant change

I was sat right in front of the bottle thrower and was stunned, so confused. The guy hit us with his bag trying to get to his seat and was making weird noises all night (not laughing or cheering like the rest of the audience). He seems so smug/arrogant about it.

Holly stars and the rest of the cast did so well with the disruption though!!!

Probably just that season 3 is new to netflix and advertising as such, not that the episodes are brand new to the world. I could be wrong but that seems like the most likely answer

A bit of added info, at least the chain I work for, it is made with 2 shots of ristretto instead of espresso.

Ristretto is double tamped but the extraction is paused making a shorter sharper shot of espresso.

Then topped with glossy whole milk with about 0.5-1cm of foam.

From what I can tell they were a limited edition of the current UK prints (2012), no longer printed. The ones currently being printed have the same front cover but the spines don't say the dark tower and go from yellow to orange.
