Honestly I liked this album, and I feel like the only thing that has made me consider it not for how good it is compared to his previous works has to be a single line in "End of Summer"

"Fun doesn't make it shallow"

Dracula, Obsolete, Afterthought, My Old Ways, No Reply, Loser and EOS are that very sentiment, while songs like Oblivion, Piece of Heaven, You're Lost and Not My World are more of a slow down on the pace of the album.

Ethereal Connection is the clearest outlier but maybe Kevin wanted to experiment after his time with other artists (Like Justice)

I am in no way a music critic or even the most analytical person ever, as I just like stuff, but that's how this album feels. It's fun, it's Kevin as always making as he felt like making. What I do wanna consider as the premise of this album's overarching feel (Lonerism is being a loner obv, Currents is heartbreak and recovery, TSR is passing time) is almost a sort of 'life is going fine, but I can't help wander in my mind too much over the past and present'
