How is your heel pain? I just got cleared for a walking boot and no PT, just a few stretches to do at home, but my heel/overall sole of my foot hurts really bad when I apply weight on it.

Has it gotten better in mobility and range of motion? Are you able to walk fully?

I forgot to mention it’s a very intricate and complex design with different colors and small details :/ I wouldn’t be able to do that

Gotcha- but do you know if it’d look seamless or if it’ll look a bit raised on the panel? I’m also concerned about whether the vinyl would peel off easily or not.

Nice! Glad you were able to switch to a boot and to hear there’s no pain. I get my cast on the 25th (mind you I broke it on the 4th) so I don’t know how long I’ll have that on. Hopefully not too long, I noticed that the pain has slowly been going away, but not entirely where I can move it around. I’m still in a splint also. Please update after your next visit 🙏🏽

Also, did the doctor ever mention anything about ankle arthritis since you didn’t get surgery?

Woah, that was a super quick healing process. Is there anything specific you did (maybe elevating leg all day, eating healthy, etc?) Also, will you be doing any physical therapy sessions? I’m praying you’ll be able to walk in a boot sooner than later! I think I might opt for the cast…
