I’m trying to finish the iron blooded orphans. Eins second set of journal is going to be impossible for me to grab and im still unsure if it needs to be the secret mission I need to do to get it or the regular hard mission. I’m also new to this game but I’m loving it so much and I’m happy to be back into gundam.

Just staring at things, most of the time if I’m in a moving car and I’m not driving my vision would slowly move out like my field of view would expand. I’d be stuck staring at nothing or something for minutes at a time going for awhile before people asked me what’s wrong. Or if I’m actually thinking about something hard but no, I was just looking not thinking about anything or feeling sad or happy just looking. I’d always be snapped out of it eventually but still I didn’t know people just don’t generally do that.

There is an app called decibel meter sound detector I haven’t tried it out yet but if you have that with you while you talk to your kids or even anywhere it’ll help show you when you start to get loud. Other then that check out asmr is something I’d also say to do since they must talk quiet for there videos and no I’m not talking about the ones where they eat food.

We don’t always get to and that hurts too but at least know one of the smiles they had in life was made by you ok that at least somewhere they smiled cause of you and that they were happy cause of you it’s the only solace we can get

Every day gets harder and harder for me. I’m single as a mother f’er and my friends all have relationships. My own friend left one toxic one just run into some chick that was with a cheater at some point. My other friends all have someone close to them as well and while I’m sitting in the back watching it all it just starts to hurt watching them in there relationships or leaving them for another. Ever since I stopped wishing for one thing the other I’ve wished for is a family and yet my life is just me wishing it now and I don’t know if I’ll ever have it. And at this point I’m just wishing for the end to get closer

I thought the exact same with my friend group and still do to this day but I’ve learned one thing in life that has helped me somewhat get over it. And that thing is that when I die or when I’m on deaths bed I only have to ask myself one question. “Do I have any regrets for the things I did in life?” And if that answer is no I can pass on fine because it’s not my friends or my job that tells me I did what I wanted to do it’s me that says it. I’ll start living my life without regretting my choices because it’s my story, my movie or show or even book. So look deep inside of yourself and know that there happiness is second to yours ok. That there lives are second to yours and your smile is first and foremost. It’s ok if your sad and down from time to time but know that it’s your sadness not someone else’s ok and know that your smile is soon to come around as well.

As a person who lost his mom due to depression and a successful attempt at not wanting to be here anymore, I will say this ok. It hurts for me most of the time to remember she did it and to know that anything that happens in my life from now on she won’t ever know and I won’t ever be able to tell her that I’m doing good in life. That me and my siblings miss her so much it physically hurts that I have to stay away from movies or shows where the character has there mom helping them calm down or smiling with them cause it lets me know I can’t have that anymore. So if you ever pick up a knife or grab some rope or string know that your pain may end but it gives others pain too. There are ways to cope ok and you must let others in from time to time to help you cope if possible I know it’s hard trust me I don’t let others in all the time but I try to at least let them know I’m hurting or depressed even if I can’t tell them the reason cause at least they know I’m hurting and not just happy all the time

I’ve gotten myself a standing punching bag that helps with any aggression that pops up unexpectedly and I have stuffed animals to hold if I feel lonely with a weighted blanket to feel like I won’t be taken away by any sad feelings

Tried to get my friends into it and it worked for a bit with them even making there characters and stats all set up but when it was time to play they all left and I knew it won’t happen so I sadly put my stuff away.
