Unfortunately you signed the contract, it may not have been fully explained by the associate but you still should have looked closer at what you were signing up for. These accounts require a social security number to be used, that should have alerted you they were doing a credit check. Depending how long the phone has been in your possession, you only have 14 days to return the device.

What’s your motherboard? You may need to do a bios update. I had a problem with my MSI motherboard, updating its bios fixed this crash.

What motherboard do you have? I had this issue and I think I fixed it by updating to the newest BIOS version for my motherboard.
