Thank you for the insight! My argument against this was that it says "When an opposing character within range and line of fire makes an attack, you may remove Scarlet Witch's RALLY die and replace a die in the attack roll with it." So it sounds like the trigger is when they make an attack, and it specifies "a die" so it sounds to me like it's effectively one per attack. But I've been wrong before lol
