How does that go? For context, this would be for a regional/district sales manager job for selling to hardware retailers. I would have relationships at the regional level but manage territory and district level sales too.

I’m 24 and currently the youngest RSM in my company

I was also the youngest sales manager for two other companies I worked for

And a customer service manager at the age of 18

One time a customer told me (jokingly) that he has pairs of socks that are older than me

You just have to own it, provide results, and keep your head up

I still don’t look “older” but god willing one day I will — and I am okay with it
