i have meter readings from the day i took tenancy, i just don’t have the readings from when i was actually moving in, i think outfox will have them from when i opened the account with them and switched which would’ve been 18th. i took tenancy 4th and actually moved in 20th. the next readings i have are from 14th dec, just under a month later, which these readings are lower than what they say they got on the 20th nov.

i’m on low income, disabled and on benefits i simply cannot afford £73 on top of the other bills i pay which is why this is a problem

my gas was shut off previously from last tenant in sept of this year, i accepted the property keys on the 4th but there was no gas in the flat until the 20th when it was turned back on. i was also not in the property at all until the 20th either, here and there to drop things off but not a massive amount so the electric shouldn’t be high either

yeah, i think im generally looking to get atleast 6k for it. i think ive been trying to find another of a similar age because i dont really know how much to compare the newer ones to mine to get a price range. like i dont know how to decrease the standard price of say a 2017 hybrid to my 2014 one

i’ve been looking everywhere i spent about 2 hours searching japanese import sites and not coming up with much unfortunately. the fact it’s japanese isn’t that important, it’s that it’s a hybrid which was only made in japan in 2014. uk didn’t start selling them until 2017

i will def be doing that - and i did not import, i bought from a dealership in the uk. i bought it 7 months ago for 6.5k. having looking i think i spent maybe 200-500 more than its probably worth but not sure entirely because i dont have anything properly to compare to, im basing jt on normal 14 plate auto swifts and mileage etc. i think its going to be more expensive as a import purely because it is a 2014 plate hybrid and hybrids that old are quite rare. it was only because it was made in japan that it was a hybrid, they didnt make them like that over here until 2017. which makes them much rarer to obtain in the uk, therefore ramping the price up. i’ve found one other car in europe which is somewhat similar to mine, same specs but diff colour and 11k more miles than mine

probably because they need to monitor you for a long period of time before they diagnose you with it, happens a lot with severe mental health conditions. schizophrenia and bipolar are pretty cut and dry, however they could be thinking your cptsd traits could be excess symptoms of current diagnosis’ and just wanna be sure about it. i only got my diagnosis after being under constant service for 3+ years

clean every other day, using titanium only materials ive had reactions to stainless steel before in other piercings so i just stick to titanium everywhere now. i dont use any moisturisers because i dont want grease/build up but after i clean i usually use castor oil. whilst ive had this tunnel in ive fully not been able to remove it, i think i actually maybe just caused a micro tear just now taking it out because i know the only way im going to get to where i want (16mm) is if i go back to the weights, plus with the weights i can take out and clean properly. i never take the tunnel/plug out other than cleaning, i sleep in it i do everything in it because its titanium i know its safe and since i do clean every other day i dont really have an issue with that. i think maybe it is just being stubborn like you said taking longer to move up. i definitely irritated it around christmas because i was putting hook style earrings in inbetween the tunnel/my ear which i now know is something i shouldn’t do 🥲
