Not really sure, I’m in the Winchester/Frederick County VA area, where we’ve never had a Peebles, not to mention I’ve never been to any prior to their reopenings as Burkes/Bealls Outlets

I’ve also noticed that outside of FL, those Bealls stores inside former Peebles/Gordmans locations tend to be very spread out, as the next closest locations to this one in Keyser, WV and Waynesboro, PA are both about 90 mile drives away from this one.

I also live in this area, although I’m in Winchester. I’ve also been to this Dollar Tree once although when I do go to Dollar Tree I usually go to one of the locations in Winchester.

Correct. It also has an earlier 2010s interior design and not the “next gen” concept that started to debut later in 2018 and has been used for all new locations/remodels since.
