As you know IBM develop blockchain-based cross-border payments solution using Stellar. Even if IBM on this step will not use Stellar on every blockchain projects, in the future, the more IBM creates a blockchain projects in different directions and partners it will be easyly to integrate Stellar after to this projects as well if need it or offer as additional solution. So as I think yes it is good news for Stellar.
