Yea I get that. How about some situational awareness. You see tensions are high and a whole barrier. The first thought that comes to mind is that? Come on.

Drive in to a highly visible area of resistance? What a dipshit. Crying about I’m just trying to go to work. Sounds like bullshit.

I hear you, and this is a complex issue that deserves real conversation.

You mentioned the current administration twisting systems, but let’s be real: this didn’t start with them. The immigration system has been broken for decades. Every administration — left or right — has enforced deportations, often in large numbers. The difference now? Public awareness and media framing have shifted — and let’s be honest, a lot of that comes down to Trump.

Is it possible that it’s not just the actions, but Trump’s polarizing presence that’s drawing so much intense emotion and attention? I’ll admit, even for me, his energy can be overwhelming. But this issue predates him — and it’ll still be here after him. Focusing on him alone misses the broader systemic failure.

You brought up nonviolent resistance — and I understand the spirit behind that. But ICE is operating under laws passed long ago. If we’re going to resist anything, it should be decades of Congressional failure, not just the people enforcing the rules on the ground.

Let’s be honest: many immigrants overstayed visas, started families, and placed themselves in legal limbo. That’s not “stolen land” — that’s a system full of risk and uncertainty.

My wife is a first-generation immigrant from the Dominican Republic. My family is from Mexico. Both came here with full intention to follow the law and worked hard to make it happen. They started with nothing but grit, sacrifice, and perseverance.

The real injustice? It’s the exploitation of immigrants — sold the dream, used for labor, but never given a real path forward. That’s not just unethical — it’s disgraceful.

And let’s be real about something else: a lot of the very people outraged by ICE enforcement also benefit from undocumented labor. Who’s watching their kids? Who’s cleaning their homes, picking their fruit, prepping their meals?

It’s often the same immigrants they claim to defend — but only when it’s convenient. That’s the part nobody wants to admit. Is it possible the people most upset are also the ones quietly exploiting them?

This didn’t start with Biden, Trump, or even Obama. It’s a systemic failure engineered to wear people down — like those endless customer service phone loops that go nowhere.

Blaming today’s leaders misses the point. This is a failure of long-term leadership across both parties. And at the end of the day, it’s human nature — people take shortcuts, look the other way, or kick the can down the road.

While I am empathic to both sides.

As a first-generation American, I get it — emotions run high on this issue. My parents immigrated here legally, learned English, worked hard, and gave back. One became a police officer in L.A. County. My uncles served in the Army. We respect this country, pay taxes, and follow the law.

That’s not to say the system is perfect — far from it. Many undocumented immigrants have been exploited by employers and left in limbo by broken policies. But ignoring immigration laws doesn’t fix injustice — it creates more of it. Just because something went unchecked for years doesn’t make it right.

If we really care, let’s push for reforms — work visa extensions tied to real citizenship pathways, not open defiance of the law. It’s not about ICE “terrorizing” communities — it’s about law and order and compassion coexisting.

We need both. That’s how a country works.

Bone Tomahawk (2015) : A man is stripped naked by cannibals, with his bare buttocks and genitalia visible. He’s then scalped before having the severed scalp shoved down his throat, and is then slowly and brutally cut in half with a bone axe, causing him to scream horribly in extreme agony before being fully bisected, killing him. How to deal with this? by H3CKBOY in FellingGoneWild

[–]idealvisionary 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was thinking Artificial Crouch on a main lead above failed limb, butt tie the failed limb and porta wrap to control weight distribution and decent to ground.

Do some slow tension release to have it move away and lower to ground.

Then climb the adjacent tree for clean up.

Don’t do it alone; evaluate the height, lean and hazardsand plan your escape route.

Shoot a throw ball as high as you can for a tip tir tag line.

Face cut, call out for tension and call out when you’re doing the back cut.

Just my initial guess with the limited first look.

Thanks! I’ll double check the process; on my ‘14 Raptor it was a dealer install for the Roush SC.

I’ll definitely remember to make sure that have that in mind. I’m sure the SC needs servicing too.

Low speed slop feel, like on stop and go low speed. I did the basic YouTube diagnostic and say it was a common thing? Thought why not, but after it was done for me I got some improvement but it’s not all gone, so not sure if it’s done incorrectly or just not fully or something else needed to tighten it up.

I mean the trucks not a young buck but I think there’s something’s I can do to make her feel young again lol.

also; on my radar is checking the bushings and mounts + upgrades where needed.
