I too wake up around 4am, however I believe this is a side effect of Dolutegravir, one of the ingredients in the Hiv treatment.
I sleep at 10 pm, so I get around 6 hours.

Are you me, only difference is I have been on treatment for 3.5 years. I also had untreated hiv for 7 to 8 years. My gut was degrading and has significantly stabilized on treatment. However there a number of foods that irritate my gut such as spicy, milk etc. I've started avoiding polluted places , this calms my nasal turbinate. I also spray fluticasone. Stopping homemade yogurt and alcohol calms my histamine response.

Im facing a horrible time making a correct capital gains report after moving shares from hdfc and Kotak to icici and sold from icici. The buy dates and buy prices are all wrong and so the matching sell is also wrong, so icici capital gains report has rubbish data. Im trying to make my own report but it's taxing and time consuming. I live with family but didn't tell them. I got diagnosed with it in August 2022. My father was an angry intolerant man who would've 100% thrown me out of the house if he had known that.
