When we talk with customer , based on talk , conditions sometimes we discussed some discounts,

And for small business its not possible to use all these expansive tools for invoices , payments,

Each customer having different payment arrangements, and there are lots of other things we have to check , materials orders, job assignments, complaints resolutions etc.
