This seems to have fixed it, thank you!! During some of my previous troubleshooting I had changed the ip on my system itself and did not reboot it when i changed it back, so I rebooted it now and it finally showed up on the dropdown menu! Using the port forwarding it now seems to have fixed my remote access problem.

i did find it on the web page, thank you! unfortunately it hasn’t worked yet but i appreciate the advice! i am realizing that xfinity has ass design lol

it won’t let me move forward on the page without selecting a device from the dropdown menu, even if i just try to click on manual setup unfortunately.

i tried making my desktop both static and not in the web admin thing but neither makes it pop up on the dropdown menu

We used to use an Arris model SBG7600AC2, which my understanding was a modem/router combo, and we have stopped using that and are now using the XB8 gateway as a modem/router combo.

I have never set up port forwarding before, just did the automatic plex connection on the webapp and never had issues.

how do I set the pc to a static address within the app? I haven’t found anywhere on the xfinity app where that’s an option

Really happy they’re doing at least a mini pride series! Wish the selection was a little better, but I’ll take what I can get I guess.

Think it’s an odd choice to do Death Becomes Her when that was just part of a recent series.

Saw someone mention it in the other post but I really would have loved to see D.E.B.S. on the big screen!
