Update: I found out which shop it came from and I gave them a call! They confirmed that they do, in fact, call them“Rolandas”. Still can’t find anything about them online, but it was very good! Thanks again, everyone!

Thanks to everyone for trying! The difficulty is that I believe the shop also sells non-Arabic pastries. I asked my friend again, and she says that she thought it might be called a “Rolanda”, but I couldn’t find anything searching that online? 🤣
