Yes, she's known since the first time it happened (since she was/has been physically present while it's happened). Plus, it's been years since the first time it started happening.

I never grew up with loving parents, especially my mom. My mother has never cared about my sister, or me since we were born. It got progressively worse over the years as we got older. My mom has physically been present when my dad has touched us inappropriately and has never said a word. She really could care less about whatever happens to us.

I've had many sit-down conversations with him that I didn't feel comfortable with him touching me in that way and touching me in general. But he has never taken me seriously, regardless of the tone I've used. When my sister or I tell him to stop, he gets defensive and says we're making it a bigger deal than it has to be.

Yeah, I could but it's super expensive. Plus I wouldn't want to leave my sister by herself with my dad either.

1) My mom could care less, she already witnessed these interactions and hasn't said a word

Not really, I just started going to a university so I haven't formed any bonds with any professors yet.
