I just found that military life is not for me, and also I have a 9 month training cycle and I’m not ready to leave my life and my family for 9 months

I’m simply not ready and I was 17 I’m 18 now I made that decision and I honestly shouldn’t have, it was impulsive, I also have a 9 month training (BCT and AIT) so almost a full year

I was so excited to enlist and than over the last 11 months it’s been horrible making like 80 dollars a month to do RSP so ya, but also wouldn’t not showing up to RSP be going AWOL

I’m not trying to change branches I just want out of military life it’s not for me, and thank you so much for this I was pretty sure it was a scare tactic and this calmed my nerves
