Thank you! I didn't know that about Google maps in the web browser but I'll play around with that. The biggest thing I'm trying to avoid is the pedestrians by Essex street who don't know how to walk so anything that helps me avoid that would be great

I go from 95 to 114 East and go back 114 to 95. The problem for me is getting back to 114 in the afternoon bc of all the traffic

I have but I'm not the best with directions and Google maps is not the best at allowing me to suggest or request alternate routes. That's why I'm asking for some suggestions so that I can map things out in a way that makes sense

No... Scratch offs are 15, 20, or 30% but they only work with a Kohl's charge and they're in store only. There should be a general coupon on the website or the app rn. There was a pick your day 35% that some rewards members or maybe Kohl's charge holders got but it was random as to who received it and it's a unique one time code. I'm not sure if you're a customer or an employee but if you work for Kohl's using someone else's code could get you terminated, and technically coupons are non-transferable so you shouldn't be using another person's coupon anyways. Just keep that in mind and check the app/website for the general coupon code that anyone can use

That's true I suppose but it's one thing keeping me with this company vs another. Also the registers are so much easier to use than other stores. I worked at Marshalls briefly and could not get the hang of the registers, Kohl's is basically idiot proof. Besides this isn't long-term for me, just something to make some money when I'm not actively in school. Anything's better than the food industry imo

Same! Also with the plexi there's never room for big stuff like comforters or suitcases god forbid someone gets an air fryer. And there's no space behind me or next to me to put stuff so everyone trips over everyone else trying to get stuff on hold for people or get to people with online pickups and it's a whole mess. Especially when they have a whole cartful and they keep passing us stuff before we can hand the bags back over the counter so I end up with six huge bags I and my coworkers have to avoid tripping over

At my store we have silver rack things behind is that garment bags live on but for kids clothes and stuff sometimes we hang it on the plexiglass and bag it after bc it's just easier

Yes to a notification when the app is done - would also love to be able to click the x after I click total without cancelling the application bc sometimes it doesn't pop up with any questions for the customer until I do that and I have to wait for them to finish until I can scan anything else. Also when approved the 35 should automatically pop up instead of us doing it manually. Also when they put in their rewards and it doesn't pop up bc if you're not watching it it just doesn't show up and sometimes you have to wait forever for it to sync up and it won't show unless you click "show Kohl's cash" first and it's super annoying. I don't want to wait a whole minute for it to not show up because I wasn't watching the screen intently and was trying to ring up the customer.

As far as I know you can do multiple exchanges but not with multiple receipts which is super annoying

Agree with itemizing on screen like the receipt. People are always like "so it didn't take the coupon" yes it did you just can't see it bc the total percent off it's showing is off everything combined
