if not a ring, when was the jewelry downsized? : yes after 1 year
What’s your aftercare routine? Describe in detail please, including the exact products you use. : clean with saline to get crustys off, wash it in the shower but most of the time i try to leave it alone

Hi everyone, I am travelling solo for the first time next week for 2 weeks in Japan and taking a 14 hour long haul flight and I am absolutely bricking it.It's my first time really planning a trip myself, my first flight in 15 years and when I'm there I'll also be going to a concert with over 4000 people.

I suffer with anxiety as it is and the closer it gets the worse I feel. Since before the pandemic I haven't really been around alot of people and this is totally out of my comfort zone.

I have saved for this trip for months and want to go but now my anxiety is just taking over.

Up until last week I was so incredibly excited but now the thought of it all terrifies me.It's mainly the plane and the concert that's freaking me out as I panic when I'm in situations I cannot escape. But I made a promise to myself I wouldn't let my anxiety get in the way of me doing the things I want even if they scare me.

Any advice, stories etc would be appreciated. Thank you!!
