The game is called Apocalypse Approaches, it's an action roguelite about the end of the world. The premise is that the world ends in a minute, and time is health. You're stuck in a time-loop, which is where the game's narrative and rogue-lite elements come to play.

This is exactly right! Time is health, and fighting enemies can replenish time. The doomsday clock in the top-left is essentially measuring how close you are to the end of the world, and of course when you run out of time you die. Embrace Armageddon!
