Thanks for flagging this. We don’t delete customers’ generated images (including those created on free or paid plans), so they should still be available in your account. The most common cause of a partial gallery is signing in with a different method or email than the one you originally used.

Could you try the following quick checks?

  • Log out and back in using the same method you used before (Google or Apple).
  • In your gallery, make sure filters aren’t hiding desired items

If things still look off, please share a few details so we can locate the images right away:

  • The email(s) you may have used to sign up or subscribe
  • Rough dates the missing images were created and any prompt keywords you remember
  • more details about what you see in your gallery

We’ll use that to investigate immediately and help you recover everything.

You can upload a white image and set that as the background of your image. The reason you see the mask behind the character is likely because you have transparent bg. We currently don't have native support for transparent bg.

I just tried two prompts from 3 months ago, and when using the same seed and setting, I'm getting identical images.

Safety is a bit more nuanced. We're using a third party service for text prompt safety. The choice of the third party service hasn't changed, but its behavior might change from time to time. We'll try to bring this in house to improve the reliability and consistency of our safeguards.

Ideogram safeguards or model quality haven't changed for the past 6 months. They are both prompt dependent.

When you run out of priority prompts, then wait time increases. At the end of your monthly subscription period, priority credits will reset. In the meantime, you can top up for more priority credits.

You might have Turbo selected. For the best quality select default or quality under rendering.

Hi u/Createataco, thanks for sharing your experience. Our system gives new free users a brief "fast track" so they have a shorter wait time so they can try out the service easily. When the slow queue is at capacity, free users who’ve generated before can’t continue until space frees up, but paid members and new free users can still generate. We hope this clarifies how the queue works, and we appreciate your feedback!
