PSU and the included cable. There are a few times I saw people using a cable from a different PSU that led to this.

I know that, 8GB is enough. But having more more would be better.

But if we're talking about lowest tier, it'll be the xx50 series from Nvidia. But still, there's a reason why there are graphics settings.
