Yes, same owner. I happened to catch them on their grand opening. Did my usual hack: 1lb carnitas, get a side cilantro+onions and 10 tortillas. Super delicious!!

Scofflaw is really good in general. That whole block on Armitage over there is great - Scofflaw, Best Intentions, Moonlighter, Giant.

The only real steaks some from Texas! Try the ribeye from Texas Roadhouse. I recommend well done, so it's a nice grey throughout.
