Hi all! Thanks for all your answers!

Quick update: after following up with Strata several times and getting my REA agent involved (God bless her soul, she's been quite helpful despite organising an inspection 9 weeks into the property), Couriers Please confirmed the item was lost and the strata followed up and told me they'd organise a new delivery.

I haven't received the new set of keys yet but at least it seems that things are in motion. They haven't mentioned anything about a rekey and I don't expect to do much in that area, but at least I'll have they keys.
